I dont know about you, but I cant enter the short story comp hosted by this site. One I upload the document there is no way to scroll down to send it. Repeated emails to the organisers has resulted in zero response.

Please can someone explain what is meant by topic because I’m getting really confused. What, for example, is the difference between fiction and creative writing? Does ‘contemporary’ tackle stories set today but remembering their childhood? 

Does anyone have any leads on agents interested in representing a well-researched 20th century true-life story set in China? I'm a new writer who's finished an MS based on what life was like for a Japanese woman and her family who struggled to survive in Mao's China. Finding it hard to identify agents who may be interested in this niche. Any help much appreciated - thank you.

Im new to this. So can anyone recommend a good children's picture book literary agent, or a publishing house for the above. UK based preferably.

I’ve written a easy to read mini book on a specific health issue for young women.  It was previously published but the publisher no longer is in the industry. 
 

I have updated it and would like to republish it. Can anyone suggest a publisher I can approach please.
